Flexible office space at Workshop
We understand that for many businesses flexibility is key and traditional long term leases are not attractive. We can offer fully serviced private offices on more flexible terms. We have supported businesses by enabling them to expand and contract as needed.
Whether you are looking for long term security or short term flexibility, an office to call home for a few years or space to meet up in once or twice a week, we will do our best to accommodate you.
Workshop has been defining coworking ‘Winchester style’ since 2016 and has grown to a community of 90 members representing close to 50 businesses.
As a member you could be rubbing shoulders with tech start-ups, senior execs from global brands like LinkedIn, creative freelancers and business owners. The Workshop Membership Manager will support you from your first visit with the aim of facilitating your whole experience so that you get the most from your membership.
If you want to share your expertise you have the opportunity to participate in our upstarts mentoring programme for young businesses or host a learning lunch.
Our partnership with TEDxWinchester signals our belief in ideas worth sharing and our doors are open to community groups outside regular office hours.
Our monthly lunchtime social Soup & Sarnie sums up our philosophy of collaborative and community-minded working. Members volunteer to contribute a batch of homemade soup which we back up with a spread of freshly baked sourdough, cheeses, charcuterie and fruit.
It’s a comfortable, design-led workspace for professionals to come and do their best work. If you thrive when working around like-minded people, Workshop will almost certainly help you raise your game.
