COVID-19 policy

Here’s what you need to know and do to work safely at Workshop:

Ventilation

We encourage you to open the windows in your office each morning to ensure good ventilation of the workspace. After vaccination this is probably one of the key measures we can all take to minimise the chance of infection in the workspace. Don’t forget to close them at the end of the day!

Social Distancing

We have spread out all the desks and repurposed some of our plants (the tough ones) as social distancing facilitators, so if you see Cassandra the Croton at your usual hotdesk, say hi and walk on by, she’s just doing her job.

One at a time in the kitchen (and the toilets, obv) and pass wide on the stairs.

Hygiene

There’s a sanitation station inside the front door. Please use it every time you enter the building. There are further bottles of sanitiser by the water fountain on the first floor and in the kitchen on the second floor as well as in both meeting rooms.

Track and trace

Use the app to check in when you arrive in the building. It’s contactless - just open the app on your phone and hold it next to the ipad until the pop-up notification appears. Any visitors must also check in as a guest.

Last but not least
we’ll all be relying on each other to do the right thing. If you’re feeling unwell please don’t come into work, stay at home and look after yourself. If you or a member of your household has any symptoms please take a LFT before coming to Workshop. If you test positive please let us know if you were in the building in the run-up to your positive test.

We’ll be cleaning and disinfecting regularly. We’ll also be keeping an eye on changing recommendations and advice from on high and adapting our policy as appropriate. If you’d like to make a suggestion or give us some feedback please get in touch: hello@workshophq.co.uk
