Missing you: a reminder about what we're... about

The Friday long read comes from the Harvard Business Review. This article from September 2015 reveals the results of their research into why people who work in co-working spaces report levels of thriving that are significantly higher than the average for employees who do their jobs in regular offices.

Their analysis revealed three substantial predictors of thriving:

  • People who use coworking spaces see their work as meaningful

  • They have more job control

  • They feel part of a community
